Rick Montelongo, born in San Antonio, Texas, has been in the construction industry for 25 years. Over the years, he has supported his colleagues in the home building industry with his participation in local, state, and national associations.

Mr. Montelongo has not only been recognized by several organizations for his many achievements, but he has also been recognized by his clients for his commitment and loyalty. He has been honored with many awards, in addition to “Builder Of The Year” in 2010.

In addition to Rick Montelongo’s business career as a professional home builder and remodeler, he participates in martial arts competitions internationally with a Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a Black belt in Taekwondo. In 2019. he won seven major championships as a Brown belt, was promoted to Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and was titled World Champion in Las Vegas, NV.

• Rick Montelongo has been an active member of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA) since 1993. He was elected President of the Association in 2006 and has since held many positions in the association throughout the years.
